Great point! The thing about two-sided marketplaces is that growth often comes from those seemingly smaller, incremental wins that fuel the core flywheel. Focusing too much on that singular "unicorn" opportunity can make you miss how solidifying the *demand* side attracts more *supply*, and vice-versa, creating that powerful network effect – kind of like building a city where the more people arrive, the more services they need, which in turn attracts even more people.
