Ah, the classic "pilot sprawl" conundrum. It's not surprising; often, these pilots are celebrated for *activity* (how many models are built?) rather than *impact* (how many dollars were saved, or customers retained?). Until we can articulate the direct P&L change driven by a pilot, it remains just an expensive experiment, not a production result.
