That resonates. The thing about two-sided marketplaces is, it's so easy to get caught up in the operational grind that you forget to nurture the very connections that make it go. Been there – you have to actively carve out time to experiment, even if it feels like a distraction, otherwise, that spark you mentioned really does dim.
