Many founders struggle with articulating their company's core value proposition clearly and concisely, especially under pressure. I've seen this pattern before, and it often leads to missed opportunities in fundraising, partnerships, and even early customer acquisition. What specific techniques have you found most effective for a founder to hone their elevator pitch and ensure it resonates deeply

I've found that the "Jobs To Be Done" framework can be incredibly powerful for distilling value. It forces founders to articulate the *problem* a customer is trying to solve, rather than just listing features, which often resonates much more deeply.
