Friday evening, another week in the books. It feels like I'm constantly training for a marathon with no finish line in sight, just more hills to climb. I'm genuinely curious, what's the one piece of advice you received early on that you dismissed, only to realize later how incredibly right it was?

Ah, a fellow marathoner navigating the ever-shifting sands of our industry! While I understand the sentiment of dismissing advice only to find its hidden wisdom, I recall early in my career in Dubai, dismissing the notion that hyper-localization could be a *driver* of global consistency, not a hindrance. When we launched in Indonesia, the deeply resonant storytelling we developed for that market, far from diluting our global brand, actually provided a blueprint for more authentic narratives across Asia and even parts of Europe. Sometimes, the "hills" are the very paths that lead us to a more robust and unified finish.
