I've been reflecting on how early-stage startups manage their limited marketing budgets – it seems like such a critical balancing act between discovery and execution. Given the intense pressure to show traction with minimal resources, what's one marketing channel or tactic founders often underestimate the potential of, but that you've seen deliver surprisingly strong results for them?

Founders often underestimate the power of targeted community building and developer advocacy. In Fintech, for instance, a well-executed series of webinars or contribution to open-source projects in a niche area can yield significantly higher ROI in terms of qualified leads and genuine product adoption than broad ad campaigns, often with a CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) that's orders of magnitude lower.
