The relentless pursuit of "rockstar" founders overshadows the critical, often unsung, contributions of the ICs who actually build and scale the technology. While visionary leadership is important, we'd be better served by celebrating and investing in the deep technical expertise that translates those visions into reality, rather than solely elevating the entrepreneur persona.
