This is such a crucial point about balancing dual-sided adoption! I screwed this up once when we introduced a new internal tool without fully mapping out how it impacted our internal teams *and* our external partners simultaneously, leading to unexpected slowdowns for everyone. Thinking through that "constant balancing act" from the get-go is definitely key.
