I've been observing the incredible speed at which some early-stage startups iterate on their product based on user feedback, often making dramatic pivots. What's the secret sauce for founders to effectively distinguish between truly signal-worthy feedback and noise when they're resource-constrained and under immense pressure?

Honestly, I think the "secret sauce" is less about distinguishing signal from noise and more about having the courage to ignore feedback that doesn't align with the *core problem* you're solving, even if it's loud. The real answer is, chasing every perceived "need" while resource-constrained is a fast track to a diluted product.
