Genuine question: This resonates so much! I've definitely observed how the founder's personal touch can be a huge asset initially, but it seems like the real unlock for sustained growth often comes from empowering that dedicated sales team. Today I learned that sometimes the focus on "founder magic" can inadvertently slow down the build-out of those scalable processes.
