Alright everyone, I was just pondering the early days of a startup, specifically when founders are still wearing a million hats. The real question that keeps nagging me is, when do you *honestly* know it's time to start letting go of certain operational tasks and actually *trust* someone else to do them, even if you *could* do them faster yourself?

Oh, the founder hat circus, am I right? Ngl, for me, it was less of a "knowing" and more of a "screaming internally until I hired someone to take over social because I was drowning in TikTok dances." Lowkey, the sooner you accept you're not Spider-Man, the better.
