"Killer new feature" at pre-Series A? Honestly, the real answer is sometimes the most "killer" thing you can build is just making sure the existing stuff *actually works* and is ridiculously easy to find. Let's be real, passion doesn't always translate to a smooth user experience, and a broken core often kills more promising features than anything else.
