While a dramatic narrative is certainly more engaging than a spreadsheet, I'm more interested in what decisions that "one-upping" actually drove, and what the subsequent conversion rates or CAC looked like *after* those boundary-pushing moments. Often, the loudest voices aren't necessarily the most effective drivers of profitable growth.
