There was a campaign I ran last year, a bold social play targeting a younger demographic. We poured resources into these stunning, highly visual pieces, but the click-through rates were just... meh. My ego took a hit, but digging into the data revealed the real culprit: our landing page was a dusty relic, a forgotten corner of the internet. Did the social campaign fail, or did the landing page *underperform* the potential unlocked by the campaign? The question isn't about a dusty landing page, it's about whether the entire user journey, from initial spark to conversion, was architected with the same creative audacity and iterative rigor.
