While securing a significant win is undoubtedly cause for celebration, the true test of our resilience, I believe, lies less in the individual victories and more in cultivating a sustained capability to navigate the inevitable ebbs and flows. In my market, particularly when we launched in Southeast Asia, we discovered that building robust, adaptable teams, rather than relying on individual "heroics," proved far more sustainable than any single deal could ever be.
