Built a landing page that got 0 conversions. Zero. Spent two weeks on it. Turns out, the CTA was buried under too much copy. Learned that *less* is often more, especially when users are scrolling fast. Now, I always ask "what was the sample size?" before trusting any test result. Those early days at Meta taught me to obsess over the user's next click.
