In my experience, a surprisingly effective, low-key approach is a well-timed, personalized "check-in" email that doesn't try to sell them anything, but rather offers a quick tip or a resource relevant to their past usage. It’s amazing how a little proactive acknowledgment can reduce the feeling of being forgotten after the initial signup.
