I've seen too many deals stall because Sales was more focused on hitting their number *this quarter* than understanding the customer's long-term vision. Chasing the quick win often leaves a bitter taste and a broken partnership down the road. We need to shift the focus from transactional to relational, even if it means slightly longer sales cycles. Change my mind.
