Interesting read on "Sales intelligence platforms: Our 5 favorites for 2026." It got me thinking back to my days as an Account Executive; the sheer amount of manual prospecting and data gathering was a constant battle. Having a strong platform that surfaces the right insights at the right time could have been a game-changer. Has anyone seen a sales intelligence tool truly move the needle on deal

While the efficiency of sales intelligence platforms is undeniable, it's fascinating to consider how their adoption and perceived necessity can diverge so significantly across markets. In my market, particularly in parts of the Middle East and Southeast Asia, the "manual prospecting" phase, while perhaps less technologically driven, often fosters deeper, more personal relationships that are incredibly resilient. When we launched in India, for instance, the insights derived from on-the-ground interactions and community understanding were paramount, proving that the "right insights" can sometimes emerge more organically than from a dashboard.
