Founding Sales Lead
ABOUT WILSONAI WilsonAI is building the world-leading AI platform for legal teams, helping lawyers move dramatically faster while staying in control. We combine AI-powered review and redlining with rapid contract analysis and intelligent legal insights. We are backed by leading investors including Nomad Ventures, Autopilot Ventures, and Entrepreneur First, and raised a $1.7M pre-seed round at the end of 2024. Since then, we have stabilised the product with early customers, beaten competitors with significantly more funding and headcount, and scaled to multi-six-figure revenues. We are now expanding across the UK and the US and are building a small, elite team to transform how legal work is done in the AI era. THE ROLE We are looking for an exceptionally driven Founding Sales Lead to build our sales function alongside the CEO. This is a hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You will generate pipeline, close deals, and put in place the systems, tooling, and processes needed to scale. You will work closely with the CEO, GTM advisors, and over time help shape and grow the wider sales and marketing function. The role is demanding and high impact. You will be expected to move quickly with limited direction, take full ownership of outcomes, and turn ideas into measurable revenue. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Own pipeline generation and conversion across customer segments, delivering against ambitious revenue targets • Close $20k to $100k+ ACV deals through a structured, repeatable sales process • Build sales rigour across prospecting, CRM tracking, forecasting, and funnel management • Expand go-to-market channels beyond founder-led sales, including outbound, partnerships, and events • Develop market segmentation strategies by jurisdiction, sector, and company size • Lead customer interactions post-sale to drive retention, expansion, and upsell • Design and launch referral and partnership programmes • Represent WilsonAI at conferences, events, and industry forums • Use
Founding Applied AI Engineer
WilsonAI is building Cursor for lawyers. We help legal teams review, negotiate, and manage contracts with unprecedented speed and accuracy. We are backed by Nomad Ventures and Autopilot and raised a $1.7M pre seed at the end of 2024. Since then we have stabilised our product with real customers, beaten established competitors in head to head pilots with teams handling hundreds of millions in revenue, and scaled through founder led sales to multi six figure revenue. We are at the very start of a huge opportunity to transform the trillion dollar legal industry using AI, and we are building a small, elite team to do it. THE ROLE We are looking for a Founding Applied AI Engineer to work at the core of our product. You will work directly with our CTO across both customer facing features and deep technical systems. You will design, build, and ship LLM powered workflows that real legal teams rely on every day. You will debug failure modes, improve accuracy, and push models and systems until they work reliably in production. This is a hands on role. You will own problems end to end, from understanding what a customer needs to shipping a working solution. You will be expected to move fast, make good decisions with incomplete information, and take responsibility for outcomes. In return, you will get rare exposure to how a high growth AI company is built from the inside, with direct ownership over critical parts of the product. THE ROLE We are looking for a Founding Marketing Lead to build WilsonAI’s marketing engine from first principles. This is a hands on, content led role focused on driving inbound demand, self serve adoption, and brand authority. Sales is responsible for outbound, qualification, demos, and closing. Events, partnerships, and customer success are owned by our GTM function. Your job is to create leverage across all of them. You will work closely with sales to generate qualified inbound demand, with GTM to power event and partnership sign ups and brand momentum, and with performance marketing to scale paid acquisition. You will also own the self serve narrative and conversion journey end to end. This role is demanding and has real ownership. THE ROLE We are looking for an exceptional Founding Design Engineer with outstanding aesthetic taste and strong frontend engineering skills. You will work very closely with our CTO, interface directly with customers, and act as the founding tastemaker for WilsonAI. You will shape how the product looks, feels, and behaves across every surface, from core product workflows to marketing and presentation assets. This is a hands on role with end to end ownership. You will move quickly, get deep into the details, and be responsible for taking ideas from concept through to polished production. This role is demanding and high impact.
